Join Our Weekly Self-Care Therapy Group with Katherine Ibarra, LCSW!

We are excited to announce the launch of a weekly Zoom therapy group led by Katherine Ibarra, LCSW, therapist and author of 5 Categories of Self-Care: The Ultimate Guide to Finding Self-Love and Happiness. This group is designed for individuals struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, or ADHD, providing a structured space for growth, support, and empowerment.
