We don’t do a holiday gift guide, but if we did, this would be at the top.
From My Heart to Yours: A Parent’s Memory Journal for Their Children, is written by our own therapist, Katherine Ibarra. It`s a guided journal that helps parents put into words the memories, lessons, and love they want their children to carry forward.
Each prompt is crafted with clinical insight and empathy, inviting reflection and connection. It’s a beautiful reminder that one of the most meaningful gifts we can give our children isn’t found in a store, it’s our story, told in our own words.
As a bonus, journaling itself is profoundly therapeutic, so it’s a gift that gives something back to the writer, too.
