In addition to her clinical role, Dr. Sharoha serves as Director of Psychiatry and Clinical Strategy. In this role, she works closely with our clinical and administrative teams to strengthen clinical processes, improve communication, and help patients receive responsive, well-coordinated care. She also leads initiatives to support our providers and improve the systems behind scheduling, documentation, and patient support, helping us maintain a consistent, personal approach to care as our practices grow.
