Summary:Â Dr. Julia Cohen is a licensed clinical psychologist who brings a warm, evidence-based, and collaborative approach to care. With experience in integrated health settings, she helps individuals navigate the intersection of physical and emotional well-being, drawing on her background in health psychology and behavioral medicine. Dr. Cohen has worked extensively with adults managing depression, anxiety, trauma, chronic illness, and health behavior changes such as smoking cessation, sleep disturbance, and adjustment to medical diagnoses.
