Dr. Lauren Ellis is a Licensed Psychologist who brings over a decade of private practice experience. With a warm, collaborative, and change-oriented approach, Dr. Ellis empowers her clients to uncover solutions that may feel just out of reach. Her philosophy: you already hold the answers — together, we clear the path.

Clients working with Dr. Ellis can expect to discover new ways of understanding themselves, strengthen their relationships, and find and confidently use their voice.
She works with Young Adults, Adults, Couples, and Seniors, with extensive expertise in treating: Addiction & Substance Abuse, Depression & Anxiety Disorders, Trauma & PTSD, Grief & Life Transitions, Couples & Marriage Counseling, Stress Management, and Phobias.

Before becoming a psychologist, Dr. Ellis began her career as a NYC public school teacher, and a yoga instructor — adding a unique perspective to her holistic, client-centered work.
